I
keep hitting the "Add to Cart" button, but nothing is
happening. HELP!
When you click on the
"Add to Cart" button, a new window "pops up" with
our shopping cart. If you have your browser set up to block all
pop-ups, our cart can't open :( Please disable your pop-up
blocker, and the problem will be solved :)
Are
your glasses sold as singles or pairs?
Some are sold as singles,
and some are sold as pairs. If it's a pair in the picture, it's
sold as a pair :) Same for single glass designs. It will
also state on the item page if that design is sold as a single or pair.
I'd
like to purchase more than one of a particular item. How do I do
that?
Once your shopping cart opens, there is a box on the left side of each
item. Just change the number in that box then click the
"update cart" below :)
What
types of payment do you accept?
WeddingDayGlasses.com accepts
American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Cyber
checks as well :)
I'm
not currently a member of PayPal, and/or don't wish to join. Is
that a problem?
You do not need to be a member, or join to use our shopping cart :)
When you're ready to check out, just click on the button after it reads,
"You don't currently have a PayPal account". Our cart
works just like any other shopping cart on the web :)
Is
there another way I may discuss my order?
Yes :) Just click
on the Contact information on the bottom of any page. We'll be
happy to help!
How
do I make a payment for a special order?
We'll email you a link
that will add your special item to our shopping cart :)
Will
you send me an order acknowledgement?
Yes! You will
receive an order acknowledgement shortly after we receive your order.
If you pay via an existing
PayPal membership, all emails will be sent to the email address
associated with that account. If you do not receive an
acknowledgement, please check your spam folder.
What
if I don't receive my order acknowledgement?
Order acknowledgements
are sent to the email address you use when you make payment.
Please check that address :) Or there may be a block on your
incoming email.
Are
your order forms secure?
Yes! All of the
WeddingDayGlasses.com order forms go through a secure server.
Always check for the little 'lock' on the bottom of any order page
before entering any personal information (on any site!).
You can never be too careful :)
How
long will it take to receive my order?
All of our glass is painted to order. Depending on the time of
year, this could be up to 2 weeks. Generally, it's 7-10 days.
We will let you know in our order acknowledgement how long it will take
to create your order.
I
need it quicker then that! Is there anyway to expedite the
process?
If you need your glass in a hurry, please contact us prior to placing
your order. We can usually place a "rush" on the
painting process. We've had to initiate a fee to jump your order
to the font of the paint line up. There will be an additional
$10.00 charge
per item if you need your order painted in a hurry. Please know
that certain times of the year it is not possible to rush your
order. We'll let you know. Please see below for additional information on
shipping.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
We ship UPS. Please
be aware that along with the time it takes to create your order, there
is shipping time. Please see the map below for UPS standard ground
shipping times.

I
want my purchase shipped directly to the recipient. How do I enter
that information with PayPal?
No
problem! Our cart will ask you for the "ship to" address
during the check out process.
I
would like to have my order shipped UPS 2nd Day or Overnight. How
do I do that?
Once your item has been
painted, we'd be happy to ship it any way your wish :) Our
shopping cart is only set up to accommodate regular UPS Ground.
You may either include your wishes in the 'note' portion in the payment
process, or send us an email with your request. We'll get right
back with you on the additional charges, then email you an invoice for
the difference. We'll look up the actual UPS charges. Please
be advised that overnight shipping is often more costly than the glass
itself :(
Can
my order be shipped to a PO box? APO?
Sorry, we need a street address since we ship via UPS. If you
complete your order using a PO box, we will email you for a street
address :) Since we ship UPS, we cannot ship to an APO.
Do
you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this time we
ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
I'd like
to enclose a note with my purchase. How would I do that?
No problem :) There
will be a space in the ordering process where you may let us know to
send a note, and let us know what you would like it to say. Or,
simply email us with your
request.
I'd
like to have my purchase gift wrapped with a card. Can you do
that?
We'd be happy to gift
wrap your purchase and enclose a card :) The charge is $7.50 per
item, and may be added to your shopping cart from either our Order
Information page, or simply click here.
I
want to be sure that no price is written on the packing slip!
No problem :) There is never a price on our packing slip :)
What
kind of paints do you use?
We use only high quality
artist paints that are ton-toxic and heat cured. Unlike
inexpensive craft paints with glaze, our paints will last the lifetime
of your glassware without cracking or discoloring.
Can
they be washed?
We recommend careful hand washing
your designer glassware. Only the best for our customers :)
Our glass is not dishwasher safe.
Do
you use glass or crystal in your designs?
Some items are glass, and some are crystal. If it's crystal, it
will always be described as so in the item description.
How
much do you charge for a custom order?
That depends on what you wish
painted. It's all about the time it would take to design and paint
the glass. Please be as specific as you can when sending the
initial email :) Once we have all the specifics, we can give
you a price.
