for a replacement! All packages are shipped insured. Please
keep the box with the broken glassware. UPS Ground might need to
see the damaged goods for inspection. Less than 0.1% of our glass
arrives broken :)
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven
(7) days of receipt. We'll send you a return authorization number.
We'll happily exchange it for other merchandise, or refund. Sorry,
shipping and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
Custom orders, personalized items and wedding champagne flutes are a
final sale.
Event orders greater than $500.00 are final sale. If purchasing
for an event, please make sure that your expense is authorized prior to
